All Jackson’s of Enid employees where very friendly and professional. We where at the dealership for our complimentary oil change and a safety recall.
My Chrysler Pacifica had to be towed to the shop. All mechanical functions seemed to be inoperable. I am from North Carolina and feared a diagnostic nightmare. As soon as I described the symptoms, to William the service advisor, he said it was probably the battery. The battery was promptly replaced and I am back on schedule. Oh, best part is it was all covered by the warranty. Could’t be happier with the result.

My son had a bad experience, he was told he was approved for a vehicle but strangely they wouldn’t tell him what kind until he came there. Because of never owning a car and just starting out he has no credit to which this was why he was trying for a vehicle to get some credit established. The vehicle they had picked and he was told the only one he could get was not one a single young guy would want plus the interest rate was going to be 21.9, and payments over 500 a month.
