I ordered the Patty Melt and fries for lunch today through GrubHub. I had previously ordered from this restaurant through GrubHub and I was hoping that the food in a different selection would be a little better quality than the selection that I ordered before. Wrong! I specifically requested that the dressing for the sandwich be on the side. I just went to Jacksons this week and the service and food were absolutely terrible. Cory was our server and he rounded up the tip to give himself more money- thankfully I was doing my expenses for work, checked my receipt and Amex statement and noticed this happened. The bathrooms were disgusting and restaurant was so dirty while the service staff was standing around talking. I am waiting for a call back from the manager- but save yourself this trip here because the whole experience was awful.
Excellent food. Wonderful prices. I had the bacon cheeseburger. Nobody EVER cooks burgers the way I like them. (Rare). They cooked it perfectly! Wife loved the fried green tomatoes. Taylor was an awesome server. Great experience!
This Is a favorite meeting place for us girls that like to meet and catch up monthly. Service and food are excellent. Outdoor seating is perfect. Too loud inside!
