Called to get records get sent over for my grandma’s dog. Receptionist was extremely rude and passive aggressive. My grandmother said the doctors are excellent, but I would not want to walk passed the front door with the attitude from the receptionists. She reported the same problem. This hospital needs to instill some customer service training for the girls who work at reception. Being kind never hurts.
Dr and staff are very nice and great at what they do.i highly recommend jackson veterinary. Thanks to all that helped baby girl. I know she was feisty.
Jackson Vet has exceeded all my expectations. I trusted them with my pup, Winnie when I boarded her several times and I knew she was in good hands. I love that they send you photos- it's a great touch! They were so kind and helpful when Winnie got sick. It touched my heart yesterday to receive a card in the mail with all the staff's signatures after her passing. Thank you again.
Dr. Glidewell is the Best! He takes great care of my puppy and my older dog. He is smart and conveys the information well; helping me to understand exactly what is wrong, right and what to expect. The whole staff is kind, gentle and professional. I moved here 3 months ago and was sad leaving my old vet but in this case change was super good!!! Wish I would have have had this group years ago.
