Jackson was well versed in DC real estate law, neighborhoods, and inventory. He also made himself readily available so no opportunity was missed! When I found the house I ended up buying he was quick to connect me with an efficient lender and inspector. We got under asking and he negotiated 2% cash to closing from the seller!!! His affiliated title company was excellent, also. Highly recommended!

Jackson was a phenomenal agent and knows the DC market well. He was always responsive, available to tour a home within 24 hours, and guided us through the entire buying experience. He worked weekends and even a holiday to get an offer out for us. Would recommend!
