I highly recommend working with Jackson to find a home in the DC area. I credit his immense expertise and connections to finding my perfect condo to fit with my goals and needs. Jackson might care more about your housing purchase and/or sale than you do. He is basically a therapist and best friend who also happens to know what paperwork needs to happen. Also, he sold a condo in Capitol Hill mid-2025 for more than I paid. 10/10 hope I get to move back to DC and call Jackson again.
