Every person there makes you feel important. I have several doctors there and I feel that I have a team on my side. You get quality care from everyone even those who check you in and out. The nurses are very kind too.

Took our son to the Sparks location, ROC did a great cast, then off to a different Reno Doctor, where they un wrapped and re wrapped it, my son (12 yrs) was in pain all night. Went back to ROC in Sparks, had them wrap again, and he's a happy camper.

Dr.Lundeen is hands down the best doctor o have ever had! Surgery was a piece of cake! He is wonderful!

I have hurt just about every joint in my body and ROC has treated me for over 30 years! This summer I broke my finger and once again they were wonderful. I was a bit upset and stressed, I was treated at their Express facility & everyone was kind , comforting and professional. I feel well cared for when I'm treated there. They acknowledge their patients Thank you to all the staff from the front desk, cast room, PA's and the Drs! Shanna

I think it's awful that a place that has the monopoly on the reno area would turn away a 5 yr old little boy because they don't take the insurance you have and won't even see him unless you put $300 in there hand upfront, took me most of the day to find someone to treat my son, he is a little boy and him and other people deserve much better then this nonsense

I have to change my review. At first I was impressed with this organization, the express was excellent. I hurt my ankle pretty bad and the last few visits I feel like I was rushed in and out. I would wait 45 mins+ for a 1-2 min face time with the Dr. This last appointment, I was "cleared" for full activity on my ankle with no instructions, follow-up, nothing. I hate to rate a whole clinic by one doctor,but one year ago today I had a total knee replacement.This has been the worst year of my life.The doctor "dismissed" me from care last Oct. and with no more pain medication.His office has never called to see how my knee is.I am worse off than before surgery. I will never step foot in that clinic again.
