Dr Lundeen is awesomely amazing the only reason I am able to walk today !! And much love to Dr.Althausen as well these two doctors have fixed me right up every time I was broken. Desiree is amazing did the best casting jobs I've ever had and believe I've had a lot !! And the physical therapist are all awesome at what they do. I would recommend this place to anybody for professional personal and amazing Healthcare !!
Great office with great staff, assistants and Doctors. They are efficient and the office is very clean and organized also very quiet lovely surroundings I enjoyed being treated for my broke knee there.
Dr. Kaiser & his team. Were Great. 2nd. trigger finger surgery of the year. 1st. one (2/16) on my right thumb & finger next to pinky. Now (Perfect) The left thumb & middle finger were the 2nd procedure done (12/15/16) pretty much healed. But I think that one is going to end up perfect as well. They're good at what they do. Highly recommended. Best In Reno NV.
Arrived early for paperwork which most I had done online already. No real direction at check in though, no signage very visible to say start here at anything. Also, now direction when checking out as to where to go. When you do get.checked in a medical assistant escorts you back. When you're done you get pointed in the general direction. Feel it would be safer to have someone escort you back up front. Just an observation. Overall good though. No waiting for an hour like other places. Thank you.
Dr. Boyden and Garret are great. Garret gave me the Hyaluronon Acid Gel shots in both knees, I was expecting it to really hurt, Garrett did a wonderful job it didn't hurt very bad at all. I would recommend Reno Orthopedic to anyone�
Took good care of my son. The docs were very informative about what was going on.
I have always had a great experience from my very 1st to last appointment. The male receptionist is a huge breath of fresh air. He is ALWAYS in a great & happy mood. The other staff from Medical Assistant, Radiologist & Doctor are also great, punctual, professional & explain everything in detail. I HIGHLY recommend ROC to anyone that needs Orthopedic care.
Ive been going to Reno Ortho for years. Have never had a bad experience with them, and the Doctors are experts in their fields.
