They're excellent at violating a person's Civil Rights by destroying private medical records but I don't think a five star rating goes with breaking the law and rights guaranteed to me by the Constitution of the United States of America.
The medical staff is amazing, too bad I can't say the same about the medical supply store staff. They lack organization and customer service skills. More concerned with chit chatting in the little room then doing their jobs. I rented a piece of medical equipment that was broken. They were supposed to have one that was just repaired waiting for me. Luckily I asked to be shown how to adjust it that's when they found it was missing a bolt. Great service and fantastic staff and great facilities friendly but very busy place
I REALLY like my doctor and my physical therapist, but I have to say it's pretty ridiculous to be charged $10 to have ROC fill out a form for my Human Resources department that explains why I still need to be off of work during my recovery. My wife was out on disability for a year after her back surgery two years back, and we had multiple doctors fill out that same form on her behalf during that year, and no one ever charged us. It feels like I'm being nickel and dimed here.
Made a appointment got right in was seen by Dr. Uppell I believe that's how you spell his name!! Very knowledgeable and helpful, fixed me right up and I was out in less than a hour.. Must say a very efficient and well ran facility!! Thumbs up!!
The staff and doctors are professional and they treat you with respect
I have had bad knees all of my life, I am 54 years old now. I was blessed to find Dr Ryan Dobbs and he worked on my knees and I can finally do anything with out worrying about dislocating my knees. I owe Dr Dobbs my freedom to walk and explore everywhere. Thank you so much. � hugs
