RecommendedAll personnel at ROC are professional and attentive to the customer service side of good medical care. The joint replacement preparation class was very informative.
So thorough, I feel so much more informed during this surgery than my last one. Everyone is so nice too.
I went to the Reno Orthopedic Clinic with my husband after an accident he had for a follow up for his surgery on his hand. I have never in my life experienced something so horrible. They failed to communicate what the appointment was going to entail and it left us unprepared. The staff was removing a cast from my husbands hand which ended up being stuck due to dried blood and they left him alone in the room and told him to take it off himself and let them know when he was done. After suffering an extremely painful broken wrist, I was sent to to ROC to have the initial cast removed and a second cast put on. The casting cast were extremely efficient while at the same time excellent practitioners in the art of stand-up (and sit down) comedy. It all happened so fast I could hardly tell I had been there.😳 The people of ROC rock!
Best Ortho in town. Outpatient surgery, clinic all in one
I have seen four differant doctors for differant problems. All have been very good, thorough and inclusive in my treatment decisions. I also use the therapy clinic and am please with the help I have gotten there. I also recommend the shoe specialist and the ROC store for help with shoes, insoles and equipment. Prices are good and staff very helpful getting me fitted with shoes and needed equipment post surgery, every surgery ( 4 so far, 2 more to go)
