While traveling to Reno from out of town, I tore my meniscus not even know how I did it. After being referred to Dr. Uppal, from my initial visit to surgery was 24 hours. Each person we encountered was professional and expedited the process in a kind manner with a smile. Within 24 hours, I had gone from a MRI to your office visit to surgery the next day at 7 am. Dr Albertson was great ! She explained everything very thoroughly and had recommendations. I agreed with her recommendations and took her advice. The staff was also very good and efficient. It was a very good experience overall even though I was in a lot of pain.

I highly recommend the ROC. I broke my hand and eventually had to have surgery. Everyone from admittance staff, casting, x-rays to Dr. T Christiansen and his medical assistant were always kind, clear and patient. I really appreciated how available the medical assistant was after my surgery to answer any question I had. Time with Dr. T Christiansen was always very short because he has many patients but he made sure I was always comfortable with what we discussed and understood before the appointment was finished. I was amazed by the speed and efficiency of the staff. I walked into the clinic and was in a treatment room in 12 or so minutes. 2 X-rays and 2 cortisone injections and a thumb brace and I was out in a little u see an hour. I am used to waiting much longer and not getting seen by a health profession in under two weeks. I will be back if possible.
