After having wrist surgery at ROC, I chose to have my physical therapy at another local clinic. I’ve been trying to get my medical records for a month. Requested them through their web portal , to no avail. Numerous phone calls produced no better results. Each call produced a promise to return my call within 24 hours. No call was ever returned. I have been trying to schedule an appointment since Friday. T he wait time on phone is ridiculous so after half an hour I heard you can text, so I hung up and texted. Today is Tuesday after the holiday weekend and still no appointment. I even sent my insurance information and then after a few hours the request for my birthday. Surgeons here are awesomeness! This place specializes in Ortho. I mean it's their Specialty and they're very good at it. completely rebuilt our daughters foot and fixed muscles in her leg. great job
I went to ROC Express for the first time today. I had no problem finding parking set aside for ROC Express and went to the check in room. There were at least 8 folks a head of me. The young girl at the desk was super nice and accommodating! I logged in, was called, had an X-ray and met with a super nice PA. She carefully looked at my problem nd the X-rays and gave me some sample meds, prescription for more and her diagnosis. I was in and out in under an hour. I am impressed and will be back when needed. Dr. Jeffrey Webster is awesome. I originally went to him to get a second opinion and was very impressed with how at ease he made me feel. He is very professional, kind, considerate and goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable. The whole staff at ROC is great and they made the whole process so easy. They set up all the appointments for everything and that took so much stress away. Thank you ROC!!!
