Jackson-Hewitt is absolutely the worst tax service I have ever used. Never again. Once there done you can forget them helping you or answering questions. The absolute worst photo system. I’m still trying to get them to help with my stimulus that they helped mess up in the first place. I give them 0 stars.
Way to expensive. I want to warn everyone not to file with JH.

It took 2.5 HOURS for my appointment that was suppose to be 1 hour. I can excuse if it was like an extra 15 minutes or so, but an extra hour and a half I cannot. It was just 1 W-2 and 1 1098-T. I wasn't even granted a discount for MY inconvenience. I work full-time and go to college so I don't just have 2.5 hour blocks of time I can give up. Kathy was outstanding! She made my entire experience easy. From the moment I walked through the door . Her professionalism and respect for me went very far. Kathy sanitized the area in front of me , which is is a plus. She listened to me and answered every question with patience., and most importantly got the job done quickly. I highly recommend getting your taxes done at JacksonHewitt with Kathy she is an asset to the company .
I had used a different tax preparer for years until i walked into walmart last year around Feburary 0f 2019 and met a sweet and friendly young lady by the name Seantee B******. Her personality made our family feel right at home. She was very professional and looked us straight in the eye and explained to us about everything throughly whether it was good or bad. Filed taxes with them for 2019 haven't gotten my 2nd stimilus they aren't interested in helping their customers like turbo tax.
I hv been going to Jackson Hewitt for a couple of years never have I been forced to file taxes with them! I came last year to see if I could get a refund advance and estimate on my taxes I didnt qualify for the advance so I just waited til February and filed my taxes elsewhere. I just came to Jackson Hewitt again to see if I can do the advance again and I was informed that I filed with them last year and owe money.
