Paid upfront for two simple rent rebates and they didn't even have me sign a document that they needed but gave it to me. I noticed two weeks later I had looked at it and spent nearly 100$ upfront for my tax returns to be separate when both were to be filed at same time. Shoulda paid the nearly 300 at h&r atleast itd got done right and receive on time. I wanty 70$ filing fee back since caused me this issue . Unprofessional, well atleast not through and never going to do my taxes are ever again
We had no problem the lady was very nice and explained things very well.
It cost way to much to file here and I never get approved for the no fee refund advance this will definitely be my last year filing here I'll find somewhere else to file from now on
