RecommendedKandi Cunningham APRN at the pediatric clinic and Misty, Kelsey, Dr Fitzgerald in the ER were all wonderful today!! They took great care of my two year old daughter. Misty and Kelsey presented themselves so professionally and did a perfect IV start on my daughter who was a dehydrated!! Dr Fitzgerald was so kind and attentive. They all jumped right in and took the best care of us! Thank you!!!!
Dr. Duncan took great care of our sweet mom for surgery and Dr. Albuelshar was wonderful as well. He had a caring bedside manner and was fully present with my mom. The staff at JRMC was amazing, attending to every need efficiently and with kindness.
A stay in this hospital is okay. However, I am unpleased with ER visits. The communication in ER is like pulling teeth; nothing seems to be volunteered.
Had the best nurses taking care of me and thanks to Dr Picket for doing my surgery on my knee. If your ever in the hospital and have Marvin orTessi for your cna your going to get the best care they are awesome!!
great care during my stay a few months ago
We lived in Altus from March 2014 to April 2019. During this time my son has been a regular patient of Dr. Effiong. In 5 years not only has she provided exceptional care to my little one, but she has developed a deep bond with him, and our family. I never hesitated to call when I had questions about his asthma treatment plan or concerns about development. Dr. Effiong has made such an impact on us and I am so thankful my son was under her care. She sets the standard for compassionate healthcare and we will miss her so much.
Just want to thank the three guardian angels at the Pediatric Clinic for saving my boyfriends life!! They helped him get to the emergency room!! He was working across the street on 06/06/19 and started having chest pain! He just had three stents placed Friday and doing good! If you hadn’t if seen him in need he could have died in his truck. Thank you ladies so much! His 4 kids and 8 grandkids and I will be forever great full you helped him! We have been together for 25 years and looking forward to many more!
An appreciative THANK YOU to the men and women on the 4th floor surgical unit. The nurses, Amanda and Jacob, the staff and WOSC students were wonderful, caring and highly professional while caring for my wife. Very comforting to know we have this level of care in Altus. Last night I was in excruciating pain! My knee was super swollen and after lots of begging from my wife and a late night call to a good friend to assist my wife in loading me, I went to the E.R! I couldnt have been more happy with the treatment they provided me, From the Doc to house keeping & Victor who wheeled me around and made sure we had what we needed.
