I incurred what was obviously a soft tissue injury to my neck and/or left shoulder which resulted in pain and losing most of the functionality of my left arm. I came in to see the doctor on May the 15th and was sent to x-ray which is not effective treatment in locating soft tissue injuries, given steroids, a muscle relaxer that did nothing, and 5 days worth of pain pills that were mildly helpful. I recently had to use the ER for a check up on my foot. I feared that it was much more than a broken toe because I had busted this foot up badly 3yrs ago and required surgery to repair. Dr. Vanessa Clendenin and team were superb. Unfortunately I've had to utilize the ER in several different emergency's though the years. This was a very thorough team as I watched them not only care for me but several true emergencies! Well done JCMH ER!

Best icu loved everyone who took care of me and saved my life!!!!!!
I took my husband to the ER today with severe pain in his hip. We waited over four hours and still were never seen by a doctor. I could understand this if the ER was extremely busy but the staff were sitting around snacking. They never came in the room to check his blood pressure after the first time (which was high). I was extremely disappointed.
