She is a sweet lady, very kind and most of the children in my family goes to her. From my two sons to my two nieces. She isn’t that close to me in distance but I make the drive. She isn’t pushy like they pediatricians are, and listens a lot.
Dr. Jackson is very straightforward and to the point! She has been pretty spot on and practical with whatever my boys end up getting sick with. She is also very flexible with what you as the parent want to do with your children's health, which many other pediatricians are not willing to do (i.e. V's). I haven't had issues with the front office getting back to me. They get busy at times, so if they say they will reach back out to you and haven't, they are likely busy so its as simple as calling them back to remind them.
