This place fucking sucked. They take down bad reviews. Don’t eat here! They’re a bunch of a-holes.
It was ridiculous how bad this experience was. It took thirty minutes just to get someone to take our order and he turned out to be a busser who didn’t understand the menu. Someone else came and made excuses that it was short staffed despite no less than four servers walking around and that it was “busy” despite most of the tables being open. Have had other experiences here that were excellent and wanted to share this place with a friend for her birthday but this was a unacceptable clusterfuck start to finish.
We ate fried chicken, shrimp and grits and the pimento cheese ravioli and loved everything we tried and thought the prices were fair, which is always a great cherry on the top to great atmosphere.
