The service was terrible. We have gone quite often but will not return after today.
We’ve gone to Jackson 20 a lot, but the service has really gone downhill. Today, we went for Father’s Day brunch. Our server never checked on us, not even once, after our food came. My kids wanted butter for their pancakes and eventually had to eat them without because it was obvious that our server was never coming back. He finally came back 45 minutes after our food arrived to give us the check, and then only after he looked at our table from across the room and started to turn away, and I had to flag him down like a drown... read more
