I have purchased multiple items from jack wills ranging from cushions to the largest rainbow set made. They have been great to work with at all locations. I've custom ordered items and have had items damaged in a tornado that have either needed fixed or replaced Jack wills customer service has been great to work with. The quality of the products they offer is there best on the market.
Great place to get outdoor items, bbq grill & accessories. We just done an outdoor kitchen and luv our results. Thanks JW
Went in today and Tommy was rude and has zero idea of what customer service is. We were in there for an hour with no result. The lady who helped us first was great. I feel foolish in the fact that I have been refering many of my custmers to this company. It will not happen going forward.
I have been working with the Jack Willis store in Springdale and they have been great. I broke a Goalsetter backboard and when ordering I gave them the wrong size. They have been more than accommodating with ordering the correct one. Madeline, who I have been working with, is the best. Would highly recommend them for the product and service.

Several employees behind the counter and no one said Hello, Welcome to Jack Wills, or How may I help you? From one small business owner to another, you need to realize you're not the only option in town. We won't be back.
