Just want to give Jack Wills Outdoor Living a HUGE shout out. Jack and all his crew, including Tommy Norman, did an outstanding job of creating a beautiful outdoor living experience at our home. The first and second floor outdoor verandas, as well as the pool deck areas, were set up with wood furnishings by Jensen Leisure which were highlighted with light blue custom fabric for all the chairs and sofas. As a Designer and Construction 🔨 Project Manager I really enjoy being able to send me clients to a local business for all their outdoor living accessories. The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable on all their products. They always carry the latest and greatest grills, furniture, etc. which is a big deal for me since I like for my clients to have options.
I love Jack Wills. This selection is great and the sales people are always willing to help.
I've recently purchased two grills from Jack Wills, as well as many accessories. They've recovered all my outdoor cushions, and had the best delivery service in town. I can't recommend them enough. They stand by their products, provide excellent sales service, and make sure you're completely satisfied.

I suppose we weren't going to spend enough money to receive the excellent service noted on other reviews. The first visit was great when B. helped us. However, when we called, several times, to ask questions we never received a return call. On our third and last visit, we eventually were helped by T. who seemed really perturbed to have to help us.
