Gary & the install team were absolutely amazing! I was able to see my options via text message and quickly make a selection without even leaving the comfort of my home! Our entire family is in love the our new backyard equipment. The trampoline and playset are great quality and built very well. Ordered a fireplace from Jack Wills. Their warehouse called to say that a part was damaged in shipping. It arrived today with extensive damage, now they claim they are not responsible. Absolutely the worst customer service experience.
Love the new patio furniture! We use it almost every night. Our sales person, Bryan, went above and beyond to help us pick out our furniture and Tyler and Nate were very professional when the delivered it. First Class all the way!
