The Best Pizza, sandwiches and salads on Greenwood!
Ordered my pizza at 715 picked it up at 735 and the box felt cold.. The cashier told me it just got of the oven.. Got home and the pizza was cold as I expected. Spoke to the manager Steve and he told me it couldn't have been cold.. WELL I GUESS IM JUST LYING.. Will never order from jacks.. $27 for a cold pizza is ridiculous!!!
Every time I come back to Indy I order pizza from Jacks, it's wonderful!
The pizza is wonderful but the manager I dealt with was extremely unprofessional and did not want to do her job ( merely speak to the customer ) . She made her employee speak for her. Unbelievable !
This past week was my first time trying it here and the pizza was OK, but there was just too much tomato sauce, but the breadsticks were amazing, I really liked them
