Took over an hour for delivery. pizza was cold and I had to reheat it. This was always my go to for pizza. But customer service and quality have just gotten worse.

You need to change your location advertisement. It says you service Beech Grove from your South Madison location, but when I called this evening to order I was told that they do not serve Beech Grove. My home is less than two blocks south of the Beech Grove Town Hall. If you don't serve Beech Grove, then don't advertise that you do.
