I keep ordering thinking maybe this one will be better then the last. You would think i would have learned by now. I dont know what happened they used to be really good. This one was cold , crust like cardboard, with extra cheese it was around 1/8 of an inch thick ( the cheese ) was suppose to be half bacon half onion and it was on the outer pieces the center pieces was just plain cheese.Most defiantly not worth 21.00 dollars. looks like i'll be looking for someplace new after this one.
Ordred Jack's Pizza tonight. 90 minutes afterward and I was on hold for another 10 minutes waiting for someone to answer the phone so I could see where my order was. Told me that they called and left a message, but I don't have any missed calls and I don't have a voicemail service so I'm not sure what they left a voicemail on?? It's been 2 hours now and I still don't have my order, and nothing was even offered to dampen a terrible first experience with this establishment. I only live 2.5 miles from the location. My family ordered Jacks online last night i received an email letting me know the pizza was out for delivery. .. after waiting 40 minutes (i live about 15 minutes from the store) i called and asked where our pizza was. The young lady said we shoulf have it soon and assured me it would still be hot. 10 minutes laterwe got our pizza it was cold. The store said they could give me 5 bucks off the next one, wtf. Not good customer service
