Kevin is a Saint!! He fixed my broken fireplace glass a renter broke. This type of small job does not make him money, he did it as a customer service gesture. He is busy doing glass shower doors. He was extremely helpful and did it over thr phone and would not take money up front. You don't find people like this anymore. Highly recommend!!!!

I rarely give reviews but rely on them extensively when researching a service or product. I've worked with Jack's Glass numerous times in the past, generally with positive outcomes. Unfortunately that is no longer the case. Products promised weeks ago are still not ready after I was told it could be picked up. A wasted trip and time and no response to multiple attempts to contact them. AGAIN. Have seen the buisness deteriorate rapidly after Jack turned it over to William his nephew. It's SAD to see this. If I could give ZERO stars, I would! From what I've heard, this use to be a wonderful company to do business with. Unfortunately, Jack turned the daily operation of his business over to his nephew William. We needed 4 pieces of glass cut, 7.5"x7.5". We ordered them 4 weeks ago and William say they'd be ready in a few days. We went back two weeks later to pick them up since we couldn't reach them by phone.
