Thank you Jacks, for helping me achieve a lifetime goal. In three days I was able to obtain my certification as a open water diver. Thanks to the boat crew, and the office staff. We recently moved to the big island from Chicago and stopped in to Jack's to get some snorkeling equipment. We've been looking for a place to get dive certified and after talking to Patty, we decided to do it through Jack's. She was so nice and very helpful. This will definitely be our regular stop for whatever we need.
My fiancé and I finished our PADI certification through them and joined them on a handful of dives in mid-late August this year. Incredible crew, very friendly and won't hesitate to answer any questions or help in anyway they could. Captain Sharp was our captain all but 1 time. We did two two-tank morning dives and the night/manta dive with them. Night Snorkeling with Manta Rays was truly an amazing experience! Captain Zach and expert guide Spiro made the trip super fun! We were able to observe and get up close to 30 rays!!
I've been on over 30 dive boats and Jacks is in my top 10!
They say their people make the difference....And they do. Great people on all our 10 dives this summer. Fantastic all-around Dive Shop. I can't wait to dive with them again this fall....

By far the best diving experience I have ever had.... Jack's Diving Locker has the best staff, equipment and dive locations. Whenever I visit Hawaii I make sure to stop by and plan a few dives with JDL. Out of all the places I have been diving (Thailand, French Riviera, Key West, Cancun, Belize,.... Etc) Jack's is and always will be the best!!!
