Our family of 4 adults finished our open water diver certification today at Jack's. We are from Washington state and chose them because they were the most friendly and helpful over the phone. Jack's has been amazing the whole way thru. Everyone there has a great, helpful attitude and tons of knowledge about diving and the kona area. Alli was our instructor and she was awesome!! She communicated clearly, helped us be comfortable and confident divers. Highly, highly recommend Jack's!!!

My first time scuba diving in 2009 and it was amazing. Got my open water certification and still appreciate everyone beeing so patient and nice and I won't ever forget all the dives and the beauty I've seen under water.
Super great. Keller was funny. 2dives were great, afternoon with fish and 2 spotted eagle rays, and night dive was even better with lots of Manta Ray. Our daughters were snorkling above us, they had the best experience ever!
Just returned from a 10 day trip to Kona. We dove 9 dives (5 trips) with Jack's while we were there. There were 6 of us at different times (2-3 snorkeling and 2-4 diving) We all had a great time! Shout outs to Dive Guides - Sarah, Mongo, Juan Carlo, Mark and Shannon. I want to especially thank Shannon for helping our friend Katherine on her first ever ocean dive (got certified in a lake). I did 5 dives with Jack's this past week. The boat crews were wonderful and I wish I could remember everyone's names! But my dive masters, Sarah, Jeff, and Keller, were all amazing! The Manta Ray dive was amazing, I can't wait to come back to Kona and do it again. Also, Pelagic Magic is an experience I will never forget. Jeff did a wonderful job in the class preparing us for the dive, explaining the tether system, and briefing us on what we would see, and what would be the best way to see things.
