Awesome and professional diving operator! The manta ray night dive was magical, despite the no-show of the mantas themselves. We're definitely coming back for that raincheck! � They also have a well-stocked shop, with really friendly staff - our new fins, and my wife's new snorkel worked out great! Thanks for letting us test them in your pool. �
The crew composition was superlative. We have no less than 50% of the dive team that were master divers or higher on the boat. Jacks knows what they are doing and has earned a customer for life.

Got my open water certification through Jacks and it was an amazing experience to say the absolute least. Would fully recommend them to anyone and definitely going to get more certifications through them!
We had a truly amazing Manta night dive. There were about 8 to 10 large Mantas swimming around us. We also saw many other sea creatures including a monk seal, eels, flounder, lion's paw, lizardfish and more. Our dive masters Billy, Juan Carlos and Zilla and Captain John made the trip a memorable one! (The hot water rinse was definitely appreciated!)
We did the night Manta snorkel & Jack's was great. We had no issues with the staff or equipment. They only problem was there were too many people crowded onto one surfboard & we kept bumping into each other. There were a few people that opted not to wear wetsuits & they kept hanging their legs & blocking others view. Maybe separate the beginners from the more advanced.
Jack's Diving Locker guided my dive excursions for my time in Kona. They made my dives here very relaxing, fun and exiting. The crew worked hard to make our experience a positive and memorable one. I did the two tank day dive and the two tank evening and Manta Ray dive. The Manta Ray dive was spectacular and Keller and the crew did a great job with all the preparation and work to make our dives as carefree as possible. You know you are truly with professionals when you dive with Jack;s.
