My family and I had an absolutely fantastic time diving with Jack's last week! There is literally nothing even remotely negative we could say about this dive shop. They were super easy to organize our trips with from afar, they sent an online waiver that made our first day of diving that much easier, they cleaned and stored all our equipment between dives, they set-up all our equipment for us for each dive, and the dive masters were INCREDIBLE! I did 2 dives with these folks recently and the crew were excellent (Keller, Neal and Alexis, I think). REALLY helpful. I am still a novice diver and I felt comfortable and secure all the time. Several very experienced divers were with us and they seemed very happy, too. We dived Turtle Heaven and Pyramid Pinnacle, and both dives were well worthwhile. Can't recommend these folks enough.
We went out for the Manta night trip, had a GREAT experiance!!! The staff is excellent, attentive to all our needs. I am a novice snorkeler and Spiro stayed with me the entire time, great addition to your crew. Thanks for a excellent time!

Excellent crew providing excellent service. They are happy to help beginners as well as cater to those on an advanced only dive boat as well. Best in the business, Jack's Diving Locker has always up to date equipment and expert knowledge of all of the dive sites around the area. Thank you to Keller, Alexia and Greg.. The Manta Dive was always on my bucket list.. Everyone was very Professional, Knowledgeable and Courteous. They made the whole dive experience fantastic. Jacks Diving Locker is a jewel to the dive industry. A bench mark for the level of service everyone would expect from a dive shop. The whole process was handle smoothly from check in to Diving. Everyone treated as royalty with real warm friendly personable care. Highly recommend Jack's Dive Locker to everyone.
Very professional. Loved the fact that they have an advanced boat. It was great! I recommend the long range advanced as you get to see some really cool places. Dive masters are great! Shop staff is very helpful.
We had an awful experience with this business. They are unprofessional and do not follow thru with what they promise.
