I did 4 charters (8 dives) on a week long vacation... Jack's typically put 12-14 divers + 3 leaders in water from a 50' boat. All the guides I had were certified instructors and very competent. Max depths ranged from 36' to 79'. The tanks were AL80's with a solid fill; my dive times ranged from 55-74 minutes. DIN regs are no problem. This is an amazing family owned business. The staff is so helpful and friendly, stellar customer service. Boats are well kept, and the guides are very knowledgeable. Prepare for the trip of your life!!
Fabulous dive operation, from start to finish everything was top notch. Would highly recommend and I wished I did more diving with these guys but I was booked on a Kona liveaboard (who didn't even come close to the performance of Jacks!)
The best and my favorite dive operation on the Big Island. Their shop is second to none and the dive boats are big and comfortable. The guides are the most knowledgeable I have encountered. 80 minute bottom times!
