I loved everything about this place. The food was delicious! The selection was great! There was so much to see, the atmosphere was so cool! Great service and quick. They were very busy and we were a group of 7 we got served fast. Our waitress was on point!! Thanks for a great dining experience!!
SO disappointed to learn that you got rid of ALL vegetarian options except for one burrito. There isn't even a veggie burger or sandwich now, and most of the big chains have at least that much. Particularly since you used to have one of the best vegetarian selections in the Tri-Cities, I hate to see that you changed your menu so dramatically. I probably won't be back again, simply because I'm a vegetarian. �

The food was excellent the service was not so good. Our waitress ordered a chicken quesadilla when my vegetarian friend requested a cheese quesadilla. She was buying me lunch which was a very special treat for me. However, I was done eating by the time her replacement quesadilla arrived. She asked us if she could hook us up with another drink and we both said yes. I thought it was on the house due to the error. Been a few times, last time I went alone, but not a bad experience yet. Great chef salad by the way. Def visit mote often.
First burger I've ever ate from Jacks & I'll definitely be back !!!!!!! Awesome food !
The Bison was excellent. It's hard to find anyone who has it. The menu has a lot of choices. I'll definitely be back.
