Food was good. Decor was pretty cool. Maybe my overall perspective of the place was diminished by the table with the screaming kid/toddler.... that was rather annoying.
I loved the food! And the service!the people that complain / complain doesn’t know anything about good food!
Is it too much to ask for plates to go with a shared appetizer? And asking twice for a glass of water is too much work. We won’t be back. I understand now why the place was empty when every other restaurant on Roan was packed.

Yesterday was my first visit to Jack's City Grill. I loved it from the moment I walked in the door and saw the fun atmosphere. The quesadillas were amazing and my son said the burger was a hit. Yummy yummy Bloody Mary's!
I was there with an event- we had a guest speaker, who was from out of town... while the food, atmosphere, and our waitress was great.... there was a young girl who helped bring the food to the tables, who I thought was very rude.... the guest speaker had already started her presentation when our food was being brought out, and while our waitress was trying not disrupt anything... this young girl came in- seeing the other servers trying to be quite- started loudly calling out the orders, and when everyone looked at her - lik... read more
