Food here is amazing! And the strawberry cake is a must!
We waited forever on our food then my sons chicken nuggets were burned and hard. Then my daughter ordered the kids quesadilla and added chicken well they didn’t add the chicken. We had to send both back and wait even longer for my kids food. Then we were still charged and up charge and no compensation. I don’t have a problem paying for it but when you for that much wrong at least don’t charge the up-charge for the chicken. I love Jacks City Grill! They have really good service and the absolute best Margaritas!!!
Thank you to Jack's City Grill for the excellent service and food. Our group from Emory & Henry were treated so well. Conor was a fantastic server. He deserves 10 thumbs up.
The atmosphere was cool place to drink n talk maybe. Burger looked good. Hamburger steak with gravy paste was gross n salty. Loaded Baked potatoe was good. Sirloin steak was burnt and gross. I should have donated my $60 because my family left hungry. Texas road house is way better and cheaper. Sorry folks but if I’m not honest how can you fix your mistakes.
