TERRIBLE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They completely ignore you for days and weeks on end. We turned our home over and renters started Nov. 1 - It's December 13 and NO MONEY. He said "send me your email and I'll send more of a detailed update on 10/26 - NO EMAIL it is December 13. I sent my email via text and he said he would text me when he sent it - NO TEXT and it is 12/13. On 11/3 he said "paperwork to you tomorrow." - NO PAPERWORK and it is 12/13.
