felt like they only wanted to sell me a new truck, was looking at a used truck . they determined that my trade was going to impact me with a lot of negative equity. The dealer did not say what was my trade value or invite me to come in to For an onsite appraisal of my truck. I didn't provide enough information about my experience. !.The dealer did contact me, 3 different salesmen and one sales manager whom I wish I had reach out to but given their low BBB report I felt like I would be wasting my time
Dealer was obnoxious, purposely failed to answer specific questions. They are not looking to sell this car, they are looking to get you into the dealer so you will buy a new car. Car listed is $5000 over market value. They would not negotiate they wanted to sell me a newer model at same price
I would purchase a vehicle from this dealership.
Good response time and follow up. Just couldn't get the price where I needed to be.

When the chips started to fall, the truck miraculously disappeared off the lot. I was encouraged to search their online database for another vehicle. The person who contacted me was sincere, pleasant and apologetic, however. It's unfortunate that there are several other reviews that share the same issue; the vehicle not being on the lot or suddenly unavailable.
