Courteous
Though they did not have what I needed, they were very willing to help. They offered to check their inventory among their 12 locations and even asked what was I looking for and took notes. I felt very encouraged that they were willing to work with me and help me find my car.
They tell you they don't negotiate the price is what it is, but they drop the price almost every week if it doesn't sell. I emailed them and explained this was an hour drive from me and asked if they would sell the van for $25K. I was told that they normally don't negotiate but if I come down they would see what they could do. We drove down an hour and was told that they have an AI bot doing their emails and they DO NOT negotiate. What a waste of time.
I was not a fan of how they list the Sales Figure online, for it to only be a Bait and Switch tactic only if you were financing and trading in a vehicle to qualify for the listed sales price.
