This is the type of car dealership that your parents warned you about. I found a car on CarGurus they advertised for $14,995. Test drove and agreed to buy it at that rate, and after all their “mandatory” fees ($5k mandatory “family plan/scam”, and a $900 dealer fee) the price jumped to $21k! Yes you read that right — they arbitrarily added 6k to the advertised price! On a 15k car?! Then they said they had $18k in the car — then why in the heck did you advertise it for $14,995?? I didn't purchase the 3500hd,Denali. The body was dented and the rear bumper was also damaged. I did purchase a Silverado 2500HD, Diesel with an Allison transmission. I delt with Aaron LaRocco in sales. Not a big fan of dealing with finance. I almost walked out and got back into my 2018 Silverado. I guess that's what happens no matter where you go.

Responsive to questions. Informative and helpful. Very friendly and pleasant to work with. Listened to my needs and preferences and worked within my parameters to make a deal. Would definitely go back to the dealership for another vehicle purchase. They were professional, knowledgeable and handled the whole process without any difficulties.

I found the truck that I wanted. I was told that it was a great truck and on sale for 5 more days. After dealing with someone named Neal throughout the entire day.. we agreed that he could at this time run mine and my wife's credit. Mind you that I had made it perfectly clear throughout the day that was the truck I was after and wasn't going to purchase a different one I that one couldn't be had for some reason.
