It was a Great experience. The employees came and pick me up from the airport took me straight to the dealership where I met Bruce the salesman good guy and the driver that pick me up was good too had a nice good long talk
They were great. I believe the vehicle I was looking at purchasing was sold, so didn't make a deal, but they did their best and that's all you can ask for. Brynna and Vanisha were great awesome.
One of the easiest deals made, great price on the car and sales gave all information we asked for. I would highly recommend this dealership. Great and professional experience.
We went in to buy two cars and they were helpful. We left with questions. When we called the next day Ryan was very helpful. Then we waited on the finance department for our paperwork. The next call we received was to tell us that the one car was sold. They tried to make good with promises of phone calls and great deals but they kept dropping the ball. We purchased two vehicles from another Chevy dealership two days later.
The dealership responded right away, were great to do business with. No games, we will recommend them as a premier dealership.
This was sold I was told. 3 days ago It is still advertised. I left work drove 33 miles to see this Tahoe. It was locked in the gate by the body shop. I was told that it was still being detailed and should be ready the next day. After calls from Catherine and Matt to confirm I was coming back to purchase a truck I haven't seen, I told them I would come back after 12:00 noon.
