Slower to respond, but rep was very nice & eventually tried to find what I needed. Just slow in responding. Could have been an internet glitch but rep was very nice. Prices higher than others for same vehicle.
Made arrangements to test drive and purchase a car with the dealership. Drove 4 hours to Jack Wilson Chevrolet and 5 minutes before I arrived, they sold the vehicle. They were unprofessional and unsympathetic. They also said they would find a similar car for me and they never followed up with any information after several requests.
I found this car on CarGurus and set up an appointment to test drive the car. I had a very knowledgeable sales person who answered my questions even ones on mechanicals. I purchased the car without long drawn-out negotiations as dealer acceptable my offer which was based on internet research. Staff was excellent in following up with details and I would recommend this dealer to others. I am very happy with the purchase.
