Fair. Jack & Sons Auto Salvage is a well established company. They have a fair amount of auto salvage so they usually have what your looking for, The prices are also pretty fair and comparable to other auto salvages. The location is also very convenient in the community ans saves a lot of time from having to drive int o Indianapolis. I would definitely recommend trying them first.
Jack and Sons Auto Salvage is good with customers I have been a customer at Jack and Sons since I was a teenager in the 90's. They always treated me right and were easy to work with. I bought 2 cars from them in the past 16 years and a lot of parts and I can assure anyone, I never had anything happen like the post about the brakes. I was allowed to have anyone I wanted inspect the cars before I bought them. I would recommend them. Travis
Bad service........ I had bought a car from this place they told me it was in A1 condition and would be very reliable. They welded the brake shoes on because the pins were missing and they didn't have replacements. It cost me almost 1,500 to repair this problem and i had all ready paid 1,000 for the car. They could have killed me or one of my small children. I would not go to this place at all. And further more this place was turned in to the attorney generals office and gave us our money back. But we did have the repairs co... read more
Will be back again and again! The guys down at Jack and Sons were awesome today! I was on my way over there to have them put on a new(used) tire when mine blew out. I had my van towed over and had to walk down with my 3 kids. Not a short walk! They had it ready to go and pulled out in front for me when I got there! What excellent guys! One even gave my daughter a teddy bear! I can't thank them enough and will gladly be back again, and recommend them to everyone I know. They are worthy of 10 stars!
used tire on the spot I needed a used tire to get by until being able to afford a new one and then use the one they installed as a spare. Friendly service, immediate attention and unbeatable price. This was today and I'll always give them a chance to earn my business from here on out. Thanks guys.
