When we offered a down payment on a truck and we went told they only wanted half our down payment and that was the way “the game is played “. I specifically told the sales manager I do not play games and walked out. I have worked in the legal system in Indiana for nearly 25 years and am in consideration of contacting the Illinois Better Business Bureau over questionable business practices by this particular dealership. My only words of wisdom to a potential customer of theirs’ is buyer beware.
