My husband and I came in last week to look at the new Escape, and Alex Garcia took us on a test drive with one we had looked at online. When we got back, we were told they had just gotten one of the 2020 hybrids in, so we test drove that and fell in love with it! Alex took his time explaining all of the features on the hybrid, since I had never even driven one before that day. We've had it for a week now, and I've already got a coworker wanting to buy one! Definitely sending her your way when she's ready to buy!
