Used jack Schmitt service dept, had a warranty claim witch allowed use to use a rental, the rental they provided was a 2020 escape that Carey fell in LOVE with!! Found out the rental goes for sale at 2,000 miles. Contacted sales department.... Great job by Alex Garcia! Help me and carey purchase the new 2020 escape, got a bonus rebate cause 2,056 miles of “rental” service..... . Very easy process no games, price was transparent no “unmentioned” fees. Very nice experience!!

Not impressed to say the least. Salesman was not very knowledgeable on Lincoln’s. Must be his first day on the job. Who would buy from a dealership that doesn’t give you a discount if you pay cash, but gives you a discount for financing? Makes zero since. Salesman was very unfriendly, gave me no business card, and didn’t even introduce himself. He had zero personality. Maybe selling cars isn’t for him.
