We bought a 2020 Ford Escape. This is our Third purchase from this dealership. We were helped by Paul and Nick. Both guys were amazing. Paul explained all charges and our paperwork. We really enjoyed talking with him. Next we moved on to Nick. He took us through all of the details of what the car can do. He even showed us how this thing can park itself! We enjoyed this car buying experience, and then their boss took us for lunch😊

Scott N was a pleasure to work with. We had nice conversation with Gary in Finance. They treated us as friends rather than a customer to make money from.
They made the whole first car buying experience so easy. They were very helpful with letting me know the ins and outs of buying a car. David Watkins helped me find the right car and got me started. Paul Tedford got everything set up and ready to go. Very thankful for good car salesmen like these two. Would definitely recommend Jack Schmitt in Collinsville to anyone trying to buy a car.
Alex Garcia was super helpful in getting us into a new 2020 Escape. I had done a lot of research prior to showing up, but still found myself learning new and exciting information about the vehicle. We are very satisfied with our new car and the service we received the entire time we were at the dealership! I most likely will be back in at the dealership in the next few months to trade in our other household vehicle (which I bought from JS Ford in 2015).
Dan is a great service writer. He got my car in quickly and did everything he said he would do. He even let me bowl better than him the day before my scheduled service appointment. Not many people are dedicated that much to make sure you are happy.
