Jack Rose is among the top places I’ve been as far as well constructed cocktails. It ties for number 1 with a place called Anvil in Houston. Jack Rose is clearly first when it comes to knowledgeable servers. I explained what bourbons I preferred and listened to an amazing set of recommended bourbons.
