Susan Mills was rude and unprofessional on several occasions. She refused to answer questions; other times I had to ask multiple times before she would acknowledge. She left typos on the lease paperwork, and even had wrong address on the one form, all of which she refused to fix, saying it didn’t matter. Tried to get information on a property and kept getting very short replies to my emails. When I asked for clarification, I was sent a snarky reply. Obviously doesnt care about doing business. I will take my business elsewhere.
