Tried to get information on a property and kept getting very short replies to my emails. When I asked for clarification, I was sent a snarky reply. Obviously doesnt care about doing business. I will take my business elsewhere.
Susan and Mark were an absolute dream team! From our very first meeting, they were incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. They took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, and their expertise made the entire rental process feel seamless and stress-free. They were always available to answer our questions and provided invaluable guidance every step of the way. We can't thank Susan and Mark enough for their dedication and genuine care, they truly went above and beyond to help us find our perfect home.
Jack Lingo reality and especially Susan Mills are very unprofessional not helpful and the worst experience I’ve had using a realtor/realestate company to apply for a rental. Never received updates, call backs or even an offer for a showing/tour. I do not recommend using her or the company for any of your needs. She even acted bothered on a Saturday because it was her “day off”
We used the Millsboro Lingo property management office to manage our long term rental property. It was not a good experience. Our property manager neglected to do thorough inspections that were mandated in our contract with Lingo. Our property was a non smoking rental with a separate non smoking addendum that the tenant signed. It took 1 step into our townhouse to notice the cigarette smell.
