I made an appointment on-line for two recall services on my VW. The appointment was confirmed at least twice via email. When I called on my way from Opelika I was not expected. From what I was told the Online appointment process does not fed to the workflow that they use in the shop. Everything turned out fine and they were able to service the car. I’m on my 2nd VW in 17 years. I usually get it serviced in Opelika but it was recall work. Sure wish we had a VW dealership in Opelika/Auburn.
Not a good place. Their salesman Cade Lassetter was sleeping with my buddy’s wife. No good
Jack Ingram has always gone out of their way to make sure I am happy! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. From buying a car to getting it serviced everyone there is top notch!

The service department is awful. Lied to me and made me wait days which should of been a couple hours work. Then over charged me. Bad customer service also.
