I love my VW but I will NEVER buy from Jack Ingram again. I bought the VW care package with the impression that they would take care of it like my mechanic takes care of it. I was sadly mistaken! The fist maintenance I scheduled it took them 4 hours to change the oil and they missed the tires needing to be rotated. I neglected to look to see if they did because I’ve always been taken care of. On the second service visit I was told I will need 2 new tires soon- only 22000 miles on the tires. My next VW will be bought elsewher... read more
