If I could give negative stars I would. First, I made an appointment at 9:30 for an oil change and 70,000+ service. Waited 3 and a half hours to be told that they just started working on my car. No updates or anything. Then they charge me $380 for an oil change! $200 of which was labor! Why am I paying for labor when my car is sitting there for 2 hours. A rip-off and a scam. Not to mention my car smelled like someone smoked in it when I got it back.
RecommendedAfter having a terrible experience at another dealership, their team made sure I had an absolutely amazing experience. I worked with Mario and Corey and they truly gave me the red carpet experience. I honestly wish I could buy another car, just to get irk with them again!
