The service was great and the employees treated me very well and understood and explained everything in detail what my service included and checked on me during my visit making sure my wait time was lengthy.I had an oil change service done and they also washed and cleaned my car!Thanks Jack Ingram Volkswagen.
If I could give negative stars I would. First, I made an appointment at 9:30 for an oil change and 70,000+ service. Waited 3 and a half hours to be told that they just started working on my car. No updates or anything. Then they charge me $380 for an oil change! $200 of which was labor! Why am I paying for labor when my car is sitting there for 2 hours. A rip-off and a scam. Not to mention my car smelled like someone smoked in it when I got it back.
After having a terrible experience at another dealership, their team made sure I had an absolutely amazing experience. I worked with Mario and Corey and they truly gave me the red carpet experience. I honestly wish I could buy another car, just to get irk with them again!
I purchased a car from the Signature lot of Jack Ingram and my salesman was Sandra Burris she was nice at first and then when she got my down payment and my car was financed she began to change she promise to take care of problems before I get my car but I had to track her down she began ignoring my calls and texts until I had to call her manager on her his name was Tip that what they call him then he offered to make things right and decide to give me a loaner car but the car… See more
Fred Jackson is awesome. He found just wanted I wanted and made the experience great. They had everything ready when I got there that afternoon to sign paperwork and pick up my car. I would highly recommend him as your salesman.
