Terrible experience with the service department. Not once, but repeatedly. Took Mazda 6 in for malfunctioning, they replaced BCM for hundreds of dollars. Same problem 2 more times and we were stuck taking to them, as they are a Mazda dealer. They won't stand behind their work and continually charge us again for the same problem that they either misdiagnosed or did not repair properly. I can't thank the service department at Giambalvo Mazda for taking care of an issue with my 2016 CX5 that another dealership could not take care of. They have gained a customer for life with the way they went way above and beyond for someone who didn't have any prior service to there car done at the dealership.
This past week we purchased used and new from John Scherer and what a great experience! He made it fun and stress free! Everyone through the final process was great too! Highly recommend contacting John if you are in the market for a vehicle! And absolutely my new Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring!
So for everyone wanting a Mazda or staying with Mazda I would highly recommend you go else where. Here's the scoop; I've had Mazda CX-9 Grand Touring's since they were released and we wanted the new 2016. This amazing dealership not only gave me the highest quote (The salesman had glasses and I don't remember his name but doesn't really matter) but these wonderful people didn't even try to keep my business.
