My Mazda CX-7 was in 4/4/19 for 2 recall items. Thanks for NOT tightening my front drivers side wheel lugs. This was a scary experience, desperately trying to get home while my car was shaking to the point I could only go 15 mph. thankfully my husband found your possibly deadly mistake. I'll be calling in tomorrow to make sure your negligence is addressed.
Took it in repeatedly for the same problem. I really hope at some point they get it fixed.
Always taken care of by the service department!!! Had a mix up one time and the wrong tires were put on my car since my wife had taken it in she didnt notice. When I did I have to admit I wasnt the nicest person to deal with when I called. Immediately I noticed how willing they were to work with me to resolve the situation and afterward I felt pretty sheepish with how upset I had been.
